  • Hello xanga,

    I haven't posted in a while despite my promise to post more. Nothing big has changed with my weight. I had lost a bit but I think it was just water weight.. Lately  have been weighing in at 144lbs. I know I suck. I need some motivation. How have all of u been doing? what are your stats? pm me. Also what are you guys going to be for Halloween this year? How much do you want to weigh by then. My goal is to be 135lbs by halloween. I am going to be the queen of hearts and my dress is SUPER short. I need thinner legs! ok stay strong girls :]

  • hello xanga,

    so not so good today. im sure i just bombed both of my exams and i've been binging since last night. I know I should be eating small meals throughout the day but it's just so hard when you have classes all day and/or other obligations. I don't wanna look like the only  fat ass in class just munching away making noise while evryone is trying to hear the proffesor and pay attention. idk. How do you all keep your metabolism up all day and prevent binging?

  •  Hello xanga,

    I do not write on here enough. However, I'm going to try to write everyday or at least 3 times a week. I think it will help me control my eating. I think I am ready to lose weight once and for all. Right now I have been stressed. I have 2 exams tomorrow and I'm tired of dealing with all this FAFSA shit and whatever. But anyhoo... My intake today is 1000 cals. Hopefully I will not eat anything else today. And hopefully I will do better cals and exercise wise tomorrow and for the rest of the week. OK, byes for now! :)

  • hey! im back after like forever! im currently being pulled in 2 diff directions. even tho i am about 140 143 right now my self esteem is getting better. However, i still have the urges to be deathly skinny. i have been working out again (elliptical, jump roping, roller blading, watever...) but i am having trouble restricting under 1000 cals. If anyone has any tips or thinspo that would really help. love u all, stay strong!
